Thanks to everyone that has answered the roll call; keep 'em coming!!
Life has been pretty hectic the last couple days. I'm trucking through my last couple days of work before I am on vacation for the remainder of 2009 (w00t!). Of course, I am slammed beyond all recognition and am finding it hard to complete every day tasks (case & point: it is 3:04 PM and I am still in my PJ's). Fortunately I just have to get through the rest of today, log a half day tomorrow & I am home free!!!
While I've been a busybusy bee, Audrey is enjoying the time in Houston. She gets a ridiculous amount of attention from 阿婆 (Grandma) and couldn't be happier about it.

We're keeping up with the solid foods and introduced avocados earlier this week. She seems on the fence about them, but at least she's eating them! Despite her "take it or leave it" attitude, she does enjoy sitting in the high chair while we eat lunch. You can see it on her face, "feed me, bitches!"

We'll keep up with the avocado/cereal combo through the end of the week and then we'll move on to sweet potatoes. I've heard from the other mommies on the block that they are always a huge hit with the wee ones so I'm pretty excited to see how she takes to them.
Audrey is 5 months, 3 weeks & 6 days old

FYI not sure if solid food backs up Audrey's system but my friend taught me to add a bit of prunes (baby 1st food) to each meal and sure enough, it works! The prunes are sweet too so babies generally like it.
Hope the sweet potatoes go well! We did lots of veggies first b/c I was worried he'd just want the sugary fruits!
she's soo cute with her 'bangs'
your child has quite the potty mouth. *nose in the air* Bitches. Hmph!
;)
Spencer actually really liked yellow squash, but he's a weird one we've decided. They both love apple and pearsauce. And when baking those, your house smells all nice and yummy.
