My very first Christmas Tree!
Miller & I purchased our first Christmas tree (ever) last week and we finally put it together on Saturday. It literally took me all day today to jujj (yes, that is a real word) the branches and hang the lights just right (because we didn't spring for the fancy/schmancy prelit tree). So it doesn't have any ornaments yet (that will, obviously, be part 2) but it has lights! We have most of our ornaments purchased (we probably need to get a couple more, so hopefully the holiday cheer will be floweth by the end of the week. Don't hold your breath.
Note to self: next year don't use new lights at the top & old lights at the bottom. It's not that obvious in person but looks ridiculous in pictures.

aww, so pretty! I like how the glow of the lights bounces off the floor and windows. Neat. How tall is that sucker?
