Okay so at this point a post about her birthday seems like a joke, but I'm posting one for posterity. S.B.G. turned one a couple months ago. We had a party. It was awesome. I had full intentions of making these storyboards with some of my favorite pictures from the day...beautifully edited & cropped for the blogosphere to see. And then my baby turned into a toddler & we can clearly see how that's worked out for me. So I'm going to be horrible and lazy and just direct everyone here. Hooray.
Along the first birthday front...at the end of June we had our final (sniff, sniff) session with Lyndsay. It has been an amazing year of photos and I don't know what we're going to do without Lyndsay's pictures every couple months. At any rate, here are a couple of my favorites from the session:

UGH, with the cuteness!! Too bad I didn't take your advice about the Kleenex... What a fantastic job Lyndsay did with your 1st year of photos - simply awesome. (Happy belated, SBG!)
Adorable! I love the pictures where you can see her teeth, especially. :). She is such a beautiful little girl!
