It's All About Audrey

It's been awhile since I've participated in a good meme. This one is making the rounds on Facebook and since it's all about babies (gotta love it), I thought I'd participate. I did a similar one while I was pregnant...it's cool to see how my answers have changed.

1. Was your pregnancy planned?
   Not really. But we had been talking about it.
2. Were you married at the time?
   Yup.
3. What were your reactions?
   Holyshit. Shock. Excitement. Scared. Excitement. In that order.
4. How old were you?
   When we found out we were pregnant: Me - 28; Miller - 31
5. How did you find out you were pregnant?
   (Is this a dumb question or is it just me?) I peed on a stick.
6. Who did you tell first?
   Miller actually told me. I was too nervous to check the test.
7. Did you wanna find out the sex?
   Hell yes. I SUCK at surprises.
8. Due Date?
   June 29th; she got anxious and arrived June 19th.
9. Did you have morning sickness?
   Luckily, no.
10. What did you crave?
    Taco Bell. And lots of it.
11. What irritated you?
    The same stuff that bothered me before I was pregnant. I just had a shorter fuse.
12. What was the sex of your baby?
    Girl!
13. Did you wish you had the opposite sex of what you were getting?
    Hell no! I think Miller maybe wished for a boy at first, but he's come around. :)
14. How many pounds did you gain throughout the pregnancy?
    I think I topped out at 40 pounds. Thank you, Taco Bell.
15. Did you have a baby shower?
    Yes. Two of 'em.
16. Was it a surprise or did you know?
    I knew about both of them.
17. Did you have any complications during the pregnancy?
    Nope. It was a pretty textbook pregnancy.
18. Where did you give birth?
    In a hospital. (Seriously?? What is up with these questions?)
19. How many hours were you in labor?
    From the time my water broke until Audrey was here: 9 hours
20. Who drove you to the hospital?
    Miller. Good job.
21. Who watched you give birth?
    Miller, the doctor, the photog, and a ridiculous amount of nurses.
22. What it natural or c-section?
    She came out the "natural" way, but there was a ridiculous amount of drugs involved.
23. Did you take any medication to ease the pain?
    Thank you, epidural.
24. How much did your child weigh?
    7 pounds; 5 ounces
25. When was your child actually born?
    June 19, 2009; 10:18 a.m.
26. What did you name him/her?
    Audrey Shaw-Fan Miller
